Residences at the Landing

I have lived her two years almost and we love it. Aside from the upstairs neighbor we love the complex. I don't think I would still be here though if it was not for our amazing office and maintenance staff. Jayme and Nina are wonderful and are always there to help you. Can not say as much for the management companies who do nothing to assist you when they screw something up. It is a beautiful campus that is pretty quiet and great amenities.

Literally 1st Place property in Kerr County. Something to be proud of. Clean, beautiful, and very well maintained apartment complex. Everyone is so nice and it’s a very safe environment. 5 star rating for sure!

Outstanding place to reside. The apartments are clean and spacious. Most importantly the staff is excellent, particularly the manager, Nina. We highly recommend.

I absolutely love living here! I’ve been here almost 2 years. The staff are all awesome and friendly. If something needs repaired they are prompt to fix things.
