Residences at Riverwalk

I have been renting a two bedroom apartment here for 4 yrs. My rent went up $600 a month in that time. We downsized to a one bedroom to save a couple hundred dollars a month, missed a two month free rent promotion just after signing. Now they are listing the two bedroom I was in for less than they are now charging me for the one bedroom we moved to. Building security is poor and they did not make residents aware of a bicycle theft issue until after several break ins, and stolen bikes including mine. Quiet place and convenient location, but ownership is corporate nonsense.

Genuinely a great place to live, the staff is wonderful and very supportive. I wish all places were like this. Thank you!

I moved here 5 months ago from The Lofts at Mills West and it's insurmountably better! The community, neighbors, apartment quality, amenities and grounds are all exceptional and makes me feel "at home" instead of in an apartment. The management team is extremely responsive, friendly and caring, as well as the maintenance staff. Would highly recommend Residences at Riverwalk. Oh, and the river and rail trail access is a huge bonus! Great spot for my dog!

I have lived here for 10 months and loved every minute of it. Granted, apparently after reading these comments I see I'm an easy tenant. Regardless, the buildings are beautiful and renovated. The pricing is steep, but compared to other up-scale apartment complexes in the area, it's right on point. I personally like the proximity to the city, stadium, and bar. I was impressed how safe and clean they made this community feel despite what I had previously seen of Manchester. The amenities (gym and community room) are really nice - fireplace, couches, coffee, TV, ex. I personally, in my 10 months have NEVER had an issue with any of the staff. If anything I would say they've gone out of their way to ensure a positive experience. 10/10 would recommend.
