Residences at Portwalk Place

John recently toured my wife and I though the Portwalk Residences and was a significant factor in our decision to rent there. He was outstanding - knowing the property, listening carefully to our needs, and not rushing things. John came across as very professional, yet personable.

Scott, Mr Maintenance extraordinare, is always so polite, jovial, flexible and helpful. An all around great guy. If you need something done, he will take care of it. If you need advice on how to DIY, he's all in for that also. We appreciate him and Tyler for all they do. Thanks, guys!

I lived at Portwalk Place, in the Aria building, for over 7 years and I am so grateful for my time there. I've listed out a few of the highlights below. PARKING - I wanted to highlight how good this was because I noticed that 9+ years ago it used to be a concern for others. Thankfully, in my 7+ years, parking was always super easy for me. If there were ever a concern, the team at the valet deck took care of it promptly. I am so grateful that the garage was under the building and winter was so easy! (And we're in NH!!!) STAFF - Matt, Jack, Scott, Tyler, Vickis are all amazing people that I will miss. Scott did a wonderful job. He is very professional, friendly and efficient! He also responded to my maintenance request in a timely manner.

The management team at Portwalk is very responsive and attend to requests with lighting speed. They are respectful and pleasant. We have been extremely happy with their service.
