Residences at Mill 8 & 10

Living at Mill 8 has been a wonderful experience for me. I’ve been here for a year and half and I feel so much better than when I owned my own home. My apartment is absolutely beautiful with high ceilings and tall windows that allows a lot of natural sun light to come in. Regarding Management, they are amazing! Easy to get through to them when you go through the proper channels. Maintenance is always spot on. Whenever an issue comes up, they’re right on it even the small ones. Tenants are also so polite and friendly. Everyone gets along so well. I’m absolutely grateful that I was able to get in because if all goes as planned, I'll be here permanently.

I want to thank Chris from maintenance, over the past year that I’ve enjoyed living here how prompt he has been with things that I’ve needed worked on in my apartment, He’s very prompt and on top of things in the building!! He takes his job seriously and is very dependable and reliable. We couldn’t ask for a better maintenance guy to run our building! He’s very pleasant, courteous, Attentive, hard working And personable Guy who gets things done. He is always very helpful when you have a question. He takes the time to listen to what you have say. Thank you, Chris for all you do!!

I absolutely love my apartment! It’s gorgeous with huge windows and high ceilings. All the people are friendly and I feel very safe here!

Jose came to the apartment very quickly-actually the day I submitted the maintenance request- to check on the condition of the dishwasher since I was worried about a short. He unplugged it and then returned to get the model info about the dishwasher to give the contractor. Later that day I got notice the contractor would be at the apartment the next day. Very efficient.

A very loud sound of hydraulics and then a loud slamming, contiguously throughout the day and into the evening. It was difficult getting through to someone because of the options given from the prompts. Once I did, the response was immediate. Management corrected the issue and contacted me to let me know.Beautiful.
