I've been living in Real Property Management Bay State West properties for about three consecutive years. They are always attentive to their tenants' needs. In my experience, whenever I have a need, I contact them, and they quickly address it. I really have nothing to complain about; they have always been very responsive. I hope to continue living in their properties for many more years. They are the best!

My experience started as a roller coaster ride but Matt has been so supportive and helpful. From the initial contract to current day, no matter what I need he’s very responsive. The property was exactly as described, the maintenance has been perfect, and the lease process was easy. I’m very thankful for the personal touch!
