Terrible!!! The owner is rude unprofessional and they love evicting people . They even had employees stealing checks and sending people false eviction notices within less then a month of not receiving rent! They can turn a nice place to a living hell! Renters beware!

If you’re looking for apartments or house this people are the worst they dont fix things when you call costumer services they are rude all the time they dont care about anything just about the money they fast to send you and email but when you call for something in regards to the apartment they dont care .. Think twice before renting with this people .. oh and they charge for everything even little thing for the apartment..

This management company is decent but not great. They charge you for maintenance requests. For example, I needed a lightbulb changed in a fixture that is taller than me. I don’t have a ladder or have an idea how to take off the covering. I got a text asking if I wanted to cancel the request at 8:22 and the maintenance man showed up at 8:30 before I even got a chance to respond to the text. The leasing agents/receptionist are passive aggressive. I’m not sure because of the kinds of clients they deal with but regardless, its uncomfortable to deal with. When dealing with noise complaints, they tell me if I make another complaint I’m going to need to testify in court about it instead of telling their tenants to follow their lease agreement, which states that you will have a respectful noise le

Personally I had a very positive experience with Chase Property Services. Sheryl was helpful in directing me to Linda who manages the rentals. YES, the application process is in-depth but it has to be to weed out the applicants who are not sincere or financially prepared to rent an apartment. There is no question times have changed folks. This is a business and a major responsibility when managing properties for investors. I am familiar with Chase and chose to rent from them. I have nothing but positive remarks on Linda's pleasant attitude, willingness to assist me in the rental app.process and her availability to me when I had questions. Seems like they don’t want to work with my family because we are from out of state and receive housing assistance. We more than qualified income wise for a listed apartment , yet received a letter saying we didn’t qualify financially , that income had to be 3x the amount of income. Section 8 makes sure that’s how it works , I don’t know why that was the reason. I just think it’s because we’re from out of state and more effort would be required to work with us.
