Residences at Manchester Place

I moved to New Hampshire having never actually been to the state. My first apartment was okay but when I knew what I was doing and where to look, I searched and searched and couldn’t be happier with Residences at Manchester Place. Haley always has a smile on her face and she knows who everyone is. The duo of her and Ellie is dynamic and they both radiate positive energy and a joy to be “at home” with. The Maintenance team of Julio, Juan & Julio is timely and knowledgeable and makes sure you never pass by without them greeting you. The apartments are clean and renovated & the location is perfect! Don’t skip out on the pool table and the rooftop deck as well. 15/10 I highly recommend!!

I've been renting in the US for the past 12 years, including the last 2 in Residences at Manchester Place. It is by far the best place for me. The maintenance team is the top tier, I had a few requests during my stay and all of it were addressed within 48 hours. The front desk team is also very helpful and nice, from the day I moved in, to the day I moved out, it was a great experience. The location is right next to downtown in the nicer part of Elm Street, so it's safe and walkable to also everything. The building is in a good condition. It's always quiet in my apartment. I once went away for a week and forgot to fully close the door, came back and everything was still the same. Very safe. They also have a whole building just for parking, so you won't need to clean the snow during wint

The Residences at Manchester Place has been a wonderful place to live for the past 2 years! I highly recommend living here. I moved to Manchester from Illinois for my graduate program and when I was researching places to live in the area, The Residences stood out to me. Staff – The staff are so kind, welcoming, and helpful! I cannot say enough about Allysa, Nancy, and our maintenance staff. You will not find a location with better people; they go above and beyond to help you. They are very responsive to any questions and are always happy to help you. The building is clean and well kept. The courtyard is nicely maintained. Location – They are in a prime location in Downtown Manchester, walking distance from many delicious restaurants, coffee cafes, cute local shops/bookstores, and bars.

The staff who work here are caring, professional, respond quickly to phone calls, and are always willing to go above and beyond. The grounds are well taken care of. The view from our apartment 😍 is amazing. The floor to almost ceiling windows all throughout make it our favorite place we have lived. When we are inside of our apartment you can't hear the neighbors much, the builders did a great job soundproofing. The high ceilings and the overall size of our apartment is spacious. The building is locked and secured. There is a nice gym and game room. We love living here, and do not plan to move out for a long time.

I lived here for the past year while attending graduate school and was really impressed with the management team. They genuinely care about building a sense of community, decorating for holidays, organizing events, and even hosting breakfast and pizza parties. Their effort made living here enjoyable. The location was great—I loved being close to my school, yoga studio, and downtown. The apartments are nice, and maintenance is easy to reach and very responsive. The heating and cooling system is a bit quirky. On the ground (2nd) floor, I never needed AC, but winters were very chilly, likely due to the large windows. If you're moving into a ground floor unit, expect to keep the heat on regularly.
