Residences At Crystal Lake

This is the worst and most obnoxious property management I've ever seen. There is one car parked (correctly parked) in the entire property overnight, they will boot the car. There is 0 respect for guests. The property needs to make their money and this is how they raise it. There is no chance I'm moving here. HOA in Florida is a curse and this place is the example of how HOA is after fining people. At any cost.

Olga is by far the rudest and most unprofessional person I have ever encountered. I went in to get added to the list, and I strongly advise against asking her any questions—her attitude will seriously leave you frustrated. I’ll let you fill in the blank on how bad it was!

Great housing area near the middle School with a pool and clubhouse for the residents. On site maintenance staff to complete work orders, usually on the same day. Pool is maintained and clean, although officially food is not allowed on the pool deck to help keep the area clean. They're is a central trash compactor on site so residents do not have to haul off their own trash, just get it to the compactor. Office is open five days per week, usually from 8 am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Great place to live, very clean and peaceful...

How do you actually speak with someone ? I stopped by no one was the office and it was during business hours ... can someone help.
