Reside on Surf

Reside on Surf is absolutely incredible. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the building is always clean and welcoming. The location is unbeatable, with everything we need just steps away.

I lived here for three years and loved it so much. I’m relocating for work, and I’m so sad to leave my apartment. Had the coziest and most charming unit, and the facilities (gym & laundry) were really nice.

The management here goes above and beyond. For context- I did not end up moving into Reside on Surf due to the fact the shelter in place order has been in effect, and it made more sense financially to stay in my current building for now. The manager, Katrina was phenomenal during the apartment hunt process. I never felt pushed to make a decision while virtually touring the units with her, and she genuinely understood my wants. I know she would have told me if the unit would not have been a good fit vs. trying to quickly fill a vacant unit, which says a lot about the management here. When she did not know the answer to a question I had on the apartment (we virtually toured a similar layout of a vacant unit), she went out of her way to get the answer for me from the resident currently livi

Chris was so helpful and very responsive when it came to securing our new home. He was always very friendly and willing to answer all of our questions. We are so happy with our new apartment and hope to stay here for many years. Thanks Chris!

I see some reviews have been lost over time and I thought it would be helpful for other potential tenants to have some photos of the elevator lobbies that remained soaked in dog urine due to Reside mgmt refusing to have them cleaned. Nothing like coming home on a 90 degree day to non-air conditioned hallway carpets steeped in urine.
