Reside on North Park

Reside on North Park is an awesome place to call home. The location is amazing- so close to the lakefront and very walkable to restaurants and stores. The customer service this location has to offer is outstanding. Riley (leasing specialist) is friendly, very responsive and caring. He was a pleasure to interact with and very helpful in all encounters. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly. They maintain a great and respectful residence. 10/10 would recommend. Luis M. is amazing! We were locked out of our apartment on a Saturday, the lock was jammed. We called the emergency maintenance number, they answered immediately and Luis arrived within 45 minutes. 15 minutes later and we were back inside our apartment! He was extremely polite and professional.

Roberto is so so wonderful! Not only is he so incredibly kind, but fixes anything and everything quickly and efficiently. Reside is so lucky to have him! Thank you Roberto :)

Myself and my roommate really enjoyed our year lease at reside! The location is incredibly convenient for needs and fun, but is tucked away so it feels very safe and quiet. I could not speak more highly of the maintenance situation, incredibly timely and respectful. The building was ALWAYS clean. I never had any issues with packages or loud neighbors. We will truly miss this place so much. An absolute gem for the rent.

Reside on North Park is a lovely property in a quiet and architecturally distinct neighborhood close to everything in the Old Town Triangle neighborhood. The leasing team (thank you Walter and Michelle) was easy to work with in handling paperwork requirements, answering our questions and coordinating move in. Highly recommended!
