Reside at 823

Been living in the states for 11 years and Reside has been the best apartment to work with. I just moved in to one of their rooms. Everyone at Reside I spoke to helped me a lot. Kristy is the one to show me the room and coordinate my moving. I showed up to the apartment for the tour 10 mins earlier and she was already there before I was. Very professional and respectful. She seemed to care about me and what she does for us. Very much appreciated!

Suzy was extremely friendly, helpful, and quick to answer any and all of my questions! This review is mostly for her since I just moved in, although I've really been enjoying my experience so far. This location is super convenient and the building itself is well kept. UPDATE: I've lived here for a few months and loved it. Sometimes you have to call to move work orders along, but it happens. The maintenance staff is super nice. Neighborhood is great, neighbors are chill and not noisy, the building is cleaned regularly enough, and it's a crazy low price for how much space my unit has and how nice the vintage touches are. I have to move for reasons completely unrelated the building, and I'm definitely going to miss it.

It has really been a pleasure living at 823 buena The community is nice convenience stores are in walking distance public transportation is nearby. The building is well kept and secured and I must give a special shout out to Sergio at his maintenance team. They always go above and beyond to meet all my needs Sergio and his team are always prompt and on time whenever I put in a service request even in the late hours when I have locked myself out of my apartment they were there in minutes if you’re looking for a great living experience I highly recommend that you check out 823 W. I cannot thank Susie and Kristi for helping us move into 823 West Buena apt 0005!! They were both so patient and were always there for us when we needed absolutely anything!! It is so comforting that our son is living in such a special and welcoming home!!! I have never experienced such a wonderful management company and it is all because of Susie and Kristi!!! As much as I hate leaving bad reviews I feel as if I needed to leave this one. 823 Buena was my first apartment in Chicago. In the beginning it was great but after getting comfortable, you really realize how dirty this building actually is. I had some problems with my bank and the online payment portal after that happened I wasn’t able to pay rent online for seven months after being told it would fix itself after two months. Now let’s get to the bike room. I was never made aware that I needed to register my bikes. I get an email that they are doing a bike audit. Assuming they would let us know what we needed to do. I heard nothing and my bike was still there. as I’m getting ready to move I noticed both of my electric bikes costing $600 apiece are gone. No one else’s bikes are gone, that I
