Reserve at Park Place Apartment Homes

Do NOT RENT HERE! I’ve been living here for 2 years and the rent goes up $40/$50 EVERY TIME YOU RESIGN, on top of that, they are adding extra charges of $25 for the cost of maintaining common areas and amenities within the apartment community and $5 to use the gate MONTHLY! Rent is ridiculously expensive, which the amenities are including in it but to charge us an extra $25 a month to keep the amenities clean is RIDICULOUS!! I’ve stayed at many apartments in Hattiesburg and none have charged for that! IF U CAN HELP IT, DO NOT RENT HERE! The reviews are FAKE! The property entered the residents name into a drawing for a give away to residents who left good reviews!!

2 years of a lot of bull, it’s crazy as hell to start charging to use a gate that doesn’t work most of the time. I would never recommend this apartment complex, the company or the sister company to anyone. The office staff love to talk to someone like they are beneath them

Pretty nice Apartments. As a medicine residents and proverbial lifelong student, I've spent the past decade living in apartments. So far it has been fairly nice staying here at the reserve, the apartments are a bit expensive but very spacious. The management it's great, if anything ever happens they are very fast to respond. It is conveniently located just off of Hardy Street so not too much traffic in this area and it is fairly quiet. However, these apartments are very close to everything including both hospitals and tons of restaurants.

I moved here April 2024 since I’ve been here I’ve had no complaints, anytime I called maintenance line, the gentleman always come ready to solve the problem (so nice to my son tell them what they’re doing as well while coming in) ladies in the office are so sweet as well.. they have so many different things that’s included (gym pool patio area) I love it here

I absolutely love living at the Reserve at Park Place! The staff is incredibly helpful and always accommodating when it comes to maintenance requests—they’re quick and efficient every time. The amenities are fantastic and well-maintained, including the pool, gym, dog park, and pickleball courts, which make it such an enjoyable place to live. The management team does an excellent job keeping residents informed about upcoming changes or projects, which I really appreciate. They also go above and beyond by hosting fun monthly events like food trucks and holiday parties, creating a real sense of community. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great apartment experience!
