I lived here for six months and it was a nightmare. My ceiling was flooded and filled with mold ( I have several pictures). Maintenance took their time to fix it and painted over it. I asked for the air to be tested for mold and they had someone come out but “never got results back”. They painted over the ceiling instead of fixing the problem. Also don’t file a complaint with the leasing office they will never get around to it.

I lived here with a roommate for two years, and my roommate lived here for several years before me. The amenities are spectacular, and the office staff is very very friendly. Overall, the experience was wonderful. Until another resident, Nick Berden, decided to spit on my car 5 times in a month. When I reported this to the office, the staff never once mentioned it to Mr. Berden or his family he lived with. They continued to harass us while we lived there. Eventually, my roommate and I moved out because of this. Outside of this, our experience living here was great. I give a one star review because harassment should NEVER be tolerated, although it was.

Parkwest has the best management and maintenance employees. Every time I call my needs are met and they are so friendly. I enjoy living over here . I enjoy all the activities they have for us as a whole. I really appreciate everybody in the office.

I’ve had a wonderful time living here. Apartments are very affordable, spacious, and look absolutely great on the inside. Office staff has always been a great help whenever I’ve come onto a problem. Maintenance is very timely and usually comes to address the issue at hand the same day, and fixes it very fast with no cost to the tenant. Insulation is great and I would say electric bill is pretty much spot on for AC usage when you live here. Parking lot could be a bit nicer but there are no potholes, and no problems finding parking for me. Also I don’t know what kind of magic they do with pest control. I've been living at ParkWest Apartment Homes for 2 years, and it's been a great experience. The location is perfect, right in the center between Hattiesburg and West Hattiesburg, making it super convenient for getting around. The staff is always incredibly helpful and genuinely cares about ensuring residents are satisfied. Whenever I see the maintenance team around the complex, they're always friendly, and their response time is nothing short of amazing. ParkWest is continuously working on larger projects to improve the community, which shows their dedication to making this a great place to live.
