Breckenridge Park

If you’re considering the finest of living in the Hattiesburg area ; Breckenridge Park is the only choice. I have been in Mississippi for over 18 years and never found home until I moved here. The staffing, management team are superb, especially Rachel. Breckenridge is breathtaking from its spacious apartments to its tranquil park-like setting! It’s always nice to sit by the lake and listening to the water falling from its 3 beautiful fountains and seeing the beautiful geese swimming the waters. It is truly heaven on earth! Just wanted to share an update after my first 9 months at Breckenridge!! I am beginning a new year 2026 still completely enjoying my community. The Breckenridge team has truly made my stay here so far.. SUPERIOR. Their responsive management team and maintenance

I have lived here for about two years and I haven’t had any problems. The office staff and maintenance people are really helpful and sweet. The grounds are clean and it’s nice and peaceful. I live by the lake so I enjoy sitting outside watching the geese, cranes and occasionally a few deer. They are very good about fixing problems in a timely manner and they’re always polite and helpful.

I lived in Hattiesburg for years before moving away but I recently came back to be closer to family and toured this community. I was not impressed! No one stood up to greet me as I came in. Customer service just isn’t what it used to be. The girl in the side office was playing on her cellphone instead of trying to assist me, as the main leasing girl was on a call. Once I finally got some assistance, it was the most awkward interaction. The person who helped me seemed to be frustrated and had no interest in wooing me, and did not ask me to apply. I have moved forward with another property and am much happier.

I’ve lived at Breckenridge for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. The grounds are well-kept, and it’s nice to come home to a place that feels clean and welcoming. My apartment has a good amount of space, and the natural light is a big plus. The amenities, like the gym and pool, are well-maintained, and I’ve always found the staff friendly and quick to help if any issues come up. Writing this review for the keurig contest, but honestly, I’d still recommend Breckenridge to anyone looking for a comfortable place to call home.

I used to live at this complex a couple of years ago and decided to move back with some friends to save money. Overall the complex is well kept, units are well maintained between tenants, the amenities are great and the complex itself is actually quite pretty. The leasing agents have all been nice too, especially Amy King who helped us with the move in process and getting everything squared away. My favorite thing about the place is the pool, my friends and I are in that pool 1-3 times a week playing mermaids :)
