Reserve at Glen Laurel

I came to Clayton on a tight window to find an apartment for a new position in the area. The management team, especially Jennifer were very accommodating and answered all questions. I looked at 6 properties around Clayton and the first one, the Reserve at Glen Laurel is the one the stood out. The staff is exceptional. The unit was clean, layout works very well and the finish materials stood out. During the first few hours of moving in I put in two non emergency maintenance requests. The staff responded quickly and professionally. Resolved both immediately. Thanks to Juan, Helmut, and Frank....very nice guys! Thank you!

I recently moved into The Reserve at Glen Laurel, and the entire process was incredibly smooth and stress-free, thanks to Racheal, my leasing agent. She was very professional, communicative, and informative every step of the way. I'm absolutely loving the complex and my unit so far everything has exceeded my expectations. I’m excited to see what more this community has to offer!

Kaylyn the manager is so nice and very personable and when we moved in things got a little busy and I never really got a chance to tell her thank you so thank you very much for everything and I mean everything that you do for us here at the reserves

Nice apartment complex. This is only apartment I’ve ever lived in where the walls are not paper thin. We don’t hear our neighbors and our neighbors don’t hear us. Makes you forget you’re actually in an apartment sometimes. Jennifer and the office staff are great and Helmut and the maintenance guys are amazing. They’re usually at your door within 24hrs to fix any issues. Super nice guys. Only complaint I have is that the elevator door in building 200 is really buggy. The door will stay open for a long time and an alarm will sound when it finally shuts. Doesn’t do it every time but it’s about 50/50. It’s been doing this for a long time and no one seems to be able to fix it. Other than that this is a great place to live.

Easily the best apartment/apartment complex I've ever resided in. Very clean ground, courteous residents, attentive and transparent staff-both maintenance and office personnel. Moving from out-of-state to the Reserve at Glen Laurel was incredibly stressful for us due to the logistics of our jobs at the time however; Jenn was spectacular during the whole process! She eased our anxiety and made our transition to North Carolina seamless. Whenever anything would arise Jenn could always rectify and guide us towards the solution.
