Lived in this complex several years ago. Made them aware of rats in the attic keeping me up every night running through piles of rat feces that would scatter. I could hear them in the air vents.They gas lit me for an entire year until we had our walk through and I showed the manager the light fixtures that clearly had rat droppings in them. They do not make repairs and the "upgrades" are just paint.

Our patio was boarded up for 4 months. Limited lighting and there was no reduction in rent offered until I asked since it was taking a while. Our bathroom was leaking for years and they decided to replace the shower as we were moving out. Our patio was still boarded when we left and we had items on the patio/patio closet. The apartment manager stated that once the patio was fixed, he would let us know to come retrieve our items. We never received a callback and those items are probably long gone. Don’t expect your concerns as a resident to get taken seriously. P poor management and assuredly not up to code. Darlene mentions the new siding, when the sides are off you can see that the interior of the walls is rotted through. Jet black in most places and moldy. Rather than replace the old moldy insulation it was zipped back up under new siding. My windows were re done and pounds of rat excrement were falling out of the wall where the windows. Unreal.
