Reserve at Ashbrook

We lived at the Ashbrook Reserve for two years and absolutely loved it. We loved our 1 bedroom, spacious layout, modern, clean, and quiet apartment. We never had any problems with our neighbors, they were all very friendly. We loved the central location in Tigard. Management were always quick to respond to any maintenance requests, great at notifying us of any changes, and have regular landscaping that does a fantastic job. It’s a very clean and nice complex and very dog friendly. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a cute, modern, clean and comfortable apartment in Tigard. I was hesitant at first because of the previous reviews but we loved our apartment and never had any issues. Also the new sound wall built on the 217 works wonders!

Have been living here for several years. Wasn't super great when I first moved in but since Kristin and now Jaylin have been here it has improved drastically. Only talked with Jaylin a couple of times but he was such a polite nice young man. Considered moving this year to save money but with how many bad experiences I have had in apartments with bad management I have a hard time wanting to leave. Not a lot of amenities but the apartments feel like home and are worth the extra money.

Jalen gave me a tour of the Reserve at Ashbrook. He was helpful, kind, professional yet laid-back, and provided a low pressure environment for me to take a look at the apartments. He wasn't pushy and answered all my questions.

The worst I can possibly say is it’s pricey….. But what place with decent amenities in the Portland area isn’t? Has a dog park, never had issues with parking, no crime, no noise complaints going either way. Even 217 being next door ain’t too bad with the giant wall up.

Toured here and the staff was wonderful. Super friendly. Was out of my budget but they were super helpful in referring me places that better fit my needs.
