Renters Warehouse

Never rent a house here, in winter the water heater or heater breaks, in summer the air conditioner breaks. They will make you wait from 10 days to 2 months to fix it for you. And they will not return your deposit. Terrible services. Be careful.

I've been working with and referring clients to them for years. Renters Warehouse is a great choice in Southeast Michigan for property management. I've heard many horror stories from owners around the world about other managers, but I've heard none of that about Renters Warehouse. All positive reviews seem to be posted by their clients and business partners. The negative reviews I see here are from past tenants or applicants who simply looked for someone to blame. Keep doing a great job RW!

This is the WORST COMPANY to rent from ever. If I could give them zero stars I would. From the very beginning they do not address problems, return calls, etc. Went DAYS without AC while I was 9 months pregnant, had raw sewage floor our hallway (again, while I was 9 months pregnant), multiple times had sewage coming out of the toilets, sinks, and bathtub. They sent the same company twice to check it out who were extremely unprofessional and made inappropriate comments to me about myself and my fiancé (again, you guessed it, 9 months pregnant). Not only that but additionally I have a toddler in our home as well. Multiple power outages and our heat went out while I had my toddler and newborn in the home, took them days to acknowledge and send someone. We’ve had to rent hotel rooms and stay w

Renters Warehouse S.E. has always provided me with outstanding service. They have repeatedly done what they said they would do. The customer service has been top notch. If you are looking for a true professional in the property management business as a tenant or landlord, then they are the absolute best choice in Detroit, MI and surrounding areas. True professionals in every aspect. I am a customer and have no regret whatsoever, I strongly recommend allowing them to provide you with their great customer service.

We have used Renter’s Warehouse in 2 other states for years and never once had an issue. This location had been TERRIBLE. We can’t get a response to our emails, our phone calls, anything. Rent is paid on time by the tenant and then never posted to our account. We have to call every month and the past few we can’t get anyone to reply. So here we are on the 25th of the month and no response and no rent money. This is the worst property management company we’ve ever used.
