I am the assistant to an owner of multiple rental homes managed by Rental Home Management Services. I work closely with Stacey and John regularly and can honestly say that they routinely exceed expectations and provide exceptional service for us. I feel they strike a good balance in providing personal customer service for the tenants and financial peace of mind for the owner. They are honest, ethical, always available, offer strong professional advice, and put forth that extra effort day in and day out. They genuinely care about BOTH their tenants and their owners. Stay away from this company. They send me apartment in a dangerous area. I told them. They said that renter told her is no a dangerous place. Of course shes not going to say anything she wants to rent the place . And the case worker wants me to rent in the place she wanted. They stolen $189.00 . Didn't get me a place but kept my money. I asked for a 2/2. That was 2/1 and they wanted me to rent the place. I was sent them the apartments that I wanted. But no. They deside to keep my money and even told me to go ahead and send the emails to my attorney. They think that my attorney is not going to find them. Those other 5 star reviews may be from friends and family of the same office staff.

We first came about this company 3yrs ago. Rental home management made our experience from home rental search to processing our application extremely pleasant. Vanessa Molina the property owner was very attentive and assertive to our needs. We can’t thank her enough for her support throughout our journey as renters for the past 3 years. Awesome Rental Management Service!!! My property manager, Vanessa was always easy to reach if I have to communicate with her. Maintenance was outstanding. I've had about 3 maintenance request in the 7 years I've lived at the property and every time the respond was immediate and service provided in a timely manner. We are fairly new tenants renting a home from these folks. After spending two months painstakingly searching for a home to rent in the greater Orlando area that fit our needs, we had found John and Stacy at a tour two times at different houses. Finding a management team that was not a giant, faceless corporation was crucial for us, and these folks fit the bill. As we moved through the leasing process it became easier to discern that the needs and care of both the home owners and the tenants were on equal footing here. The personal touch of being able to stop by the office and speak face to face with them made an impact. While we're only a few months into this experience, it's a winning choice so far.
