ReNew Waterview

My partner and I just moved into Renew Waterview and we've had such a great experience so far. The entire move-in process felt smooth and genuinely welcoming, which made a stressful time way easier. Cameron and Raven in the office were amazing from start to finish. They were kind, organized, and always available to answer our questions. Even after we got our keys, they've continued to be responsive and helpful, which really shows how much they care about the residents. Maintenance has also been fantastic. Damon fixed a broken lock on our back door the same day we moved in so we could feel safe in our new home right away. Braden installed a dehumidifier in our bathroom shortly after move-in and was quick, professional, and left everything spotless. Those little quality-of-life improvement

We have lived at this property for a little over 2 years and I have to admit the property was very neglected. Since the new ownership took over the change was night and day. Cameron and Brayden have definitely Renews the property. They have great communication and are doing everything they can to improve the quality of life for us and the rest if the tenants. We appreciate their time and efforts.

Overall, I’m very pleased with the recent changes to the property. The updates show a real effort to improve the community experience. While I do miss being able to use the balcony more freely, I understand the new restrictions and can work with them. I also appreciate the incentives such as the Starbucks gift card and the BBQ event. It’s a nice way to make residents feel engaged and valued. Most importantly, I want to highlight the work of the current property manager. Cameron! He has been outstanding. His effort and dedication are very clear, and it’s a big improvement compared to the previous management. It feels like he genuinely cares about the property and the residents, which makes a huge difference. I’m excited to see how things continue to grow and improve in the future.

Renew Waterview is extremely professional and had a very smooth leasing process. Many of the units have underwent massive renovation and have installed new appliances. Management is very flexible as well as extremely communicative and friendly, especially Cameron Wilson the Property Manager.
