Blue Ridge Apartments - Overall space is clean, quiet, and welcoming. Customer service is great; the staff are professional and friendly. Arriana gave me a tour and worked with me through the application process. I had some hiccups on my end during the application that she was able to help me with and take care of. I picked up my keys and did a move-in inspection with Angie. She went through everything with me, answered all my questions without making me feel dumb, and was already making me feel like a part of the community. Overall I am glad I chose this apartment complex to move into.

I want say of Blue Ridge Apartments @Bremerton. I am a physician who just moved to Bremerton,WA from Las Vegas,NV. One of my colleague informed me of this Apartment as he also recently moved there.The front main gate’s view is so appealing and you can tell how clean and quite the living spaces could be. I want to talk boldly of Brad and Arianna, the two amazing people working at the renter’s office ! This are just a prove how customer service could be delivered @its best! They were both super professional, so patient and respectful not only to me but all the customers in need of their help as I standby completing the forms and etc… They explained all of my questions,took me through the touring phase so friendly,help out in completing the forms,payment process and finally handovered the a

We moved in the first week of November and are loving it so far! I will say the application process was a bit of a nightmare but with a huge thanks to Brad in the front office he was with us every step of the way and we made it through. Their web portals and application systems were very buggy but because their front office team are so amazing it ended up not being nearly the headache it could have been. Brad was so communicative through the entire application process. Brad is the best and is super super helpful. I have not found any serious issues with the complex, seems like a fantastic place to live and we love it and would recommend it to another.

Scheduled a tour with Brad and he was amazing! He answered all my questions in depth and was so patient with a new renter like myself. This process could have not gone any smoother. It was a great experience and I would recommend him to anyone looking for a place to rent! The apartments look well maintained and in great service!

I had a great experience with getting my apartment with Arianna, Brad, and Amanda. My boyfriend and I were looking for a bigger apartment in Bremerton. All the staff were very helpful. We ended up having to move out quicker than expected due to deployment. Overall amenities were great. The trash situation needed to improve while living there. But they were so helpful while moving in and out good.
