Spyglass Hill Apartments

Pros: I've lived here for a little over a year and I’ve had the best experience. I have enjoyed the sense of community, and the diversity among residents. Everyone is kind and welcoming, and most people have dogs, which is another plus. I love the convenience of living downtown because we can walk to events and the ferry vs having to find parking. Management and maintenance are also great. Anytime I’ve had a question or put in a maintenance request (minor things), it was always solved promptly. The only reason I’ll be moving when my lease is up is because I started a new job in Tacoma and the commute home is LONG due to traffic. If you do commute, be prepared to sit in traffic if you get on the highway after 2:30 pm…..My stay here at Spyglass has been so peaceful, and the views are amazing

This is the best place I’ve ever lived as far as apartments go. Maintenance is friendly, fast and efficient. The building manager is extremely professional and communicative. It is always clean and welcoming while also feeling safe and secure. I’ve been here for two years and never had any issues with pests of any kind. The community is quiet, calm and respectful of one another. Absolutely recommend. 💯

Its a castle on a hill, a safe place to observe the wonderful views of Washington. You can see all kinds of gorgeous colors in the sky. From your bed, or desk. Walk to base, a skip to the ferry. Wonderful staff Superior maintenance.

Fantastic complex with good facilities for residents , especially appreciate the rooftop area and gardens good place to catch some sun and BBQ. Very friendly and attentive management quick to respond to any needs , they certainly made me feel very welcome when I arrived all the way from the other side of the world. Big shout out to Tara & Ron and all the management.

I have been living in this apartment for a few months now and have enjoyed the apartment immensely. The view of the Puget Sound is amazing and management are extremely friendly and helpful. There are also monthly events the building provides for tenants to meet and greet with other residents. The only complaint I have is that in the summer the rooms do get warm, and with no A.C., can become uncomfortable during the day. With that said this apartment is still a great place to live.
