ReNew Murray Hill on Dakota

Renew Murray Hill on Dakota has been the perfect first apartment after college. The place is super quiet and feels safe, which was really important to me moving out on my own for the first time. The staff is always friendly and quick to help with anything. I also love how close it is to everything, stores, food spots, and parks. It's been a great place to start this new chapter!

Location is great! Quiet but close to Washington Square. A few small issues when we moved in but Paul, the maintenance guy, took care of them swiftly and professionally. The staff is super responsive and neighbors are welcoming. We would highly recommend!

Waited an hour for the leasing agent to arrive. Nobody showed up. I called, the lady who answered said she would find out what’s going on and call me right back, but she never called back. After waiting an hour, we left. Still haven’t heard back.

Great team and location. Looking forward to moving in later on this month!

Great complex with some fantastic new improvements.
