So now I’m forced to delete my review and leave another review in hopes that you guys get to see this. But if it doesn’t post this way, I will just find another way to post it. I will not be silenced when I am telling the truth.. The claim of roaches CAN be proven. They lie to you about the roaches, and they act as if they are unaware. I am unsure how anyone In the apartment complex is allowing them to get away with forcing you to live with severe roach infestation. The leasing staff, no matter how nice they may be will lie to you. Their property manager left a review, saying how wonderful the complex is, which is not being deleted. Hm. That’s interesti

My move in process was assisted by Taylor. Excellent & responsive service 🤩. She was so kind, friendly, and thorough for every aspect. The apartment even came with decor and we were able to snag a free TV as a bonus moving in. Thanks so much!

I am beyond frustrated with my experience at Renew. I lived there for only a month and was forced to move out due to a serious roach infestation that management was already aware of before I moved in. I have extensive photo and video evidence. Within 24 hours of moving in, I saw a roach. When I reported it, it was dismissed and referred to as a “beetle.” This was not a one-time sighting. The issue was ongoing, and it became clear that this was a known infestation problem and yet I was still moved into the unit. Instead of taking accountability, management ignored concerns and handled the situation unprofessionally. Maintenance was very effective and efficient in resolving my issue. In less than 24 hours my window was fixed and they’re so kind. Trinity was so quick to find a resolution. Josiah and Brandon did an amazing job. Thank you much to the Renee team for making my residential needs important.

I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Josiah from the maintenance team for his great work. He was prompt, efficient, and took care of several issues in my apartment quickly and thoroughly.
