I truly love this apartment complex! My husband and I have lived here since 2022 and haven’t had any complains. Maintenance requests are immediately responded to and they will do their best to accommodate to what the residents need. The front office is constantly putting on events for the residents to make them feel appreciated. The staff is super friendly and neighbors and area is very ideal and quiet.
I’ve lived at Renew for a little over seven months now. Listen…. I know how apartments work it’s not my first rodeo, but the walls are VERY thin here. You can hear your neighbors every move above you, so hope you get the 3rd floor apartment. The gym key fob hasn’t worked since I moved here and they still haven’t gotten it fixed 7 months later… which is very frustrating because gym access was a big part of why I chose to live here. whenever I ask about it being fixed they just dance around it as if it just stopped working. So, don’t count on easy access to use the gym. It’s also never stocked with cleaning supplies or water like it’s supposed to be. The apartment came with a washer and drier which is nice, but the drier takes 3 hours to dry anything. I feel there is a management issue with
Renew Foothills as an apartment is a very outdated building because the walls have no insulation therefore, makeing it cold all the time and the other resident is so right about the walls being so thin that YOU really can hear your neighbors every move and business as they can hear my business, which I don't appreciate. The towel bars and toilet paper holders do constantly fall out because the sheet rock is ancient that it melts if anything is leaning on them and for sure the gym, key, lock, not being fixed or available easily is frustrating. The plus side is it's in walking distance to various parks, sport courts, grocery store, gas station, pool hall, has an accessible grill and firepit, and walking distance to the golf course. The property manager is soo kind and helpful. The maintena
As a child of a disabled mother, I find it appalling that I pay for parking in a lot that does not tow non paying recipients as well as those who think it’s ok to park in handicap spots. We are charged for parking permits yet no parking enforcement is observed. Not once has a tow truck shown up or towed a vehicle parked in payed parking or in handicap spots without a handicap permit. I especially find this appalling since my mother is in a wheel char yet people are freely allowed to use the handicap specific parking to “THEIR” specific needs. Multiple times have I been not able to find a parking spot in which I pay for, only to find friends of residents using my spot!?! Yet when I ask for them to be towed the towing contractor responsible for this lot refuses since I am not the property ow
We finally got to talk to the manager about our screen door, and she approached us in a bad mood. Instead of trying to deescalate the situation by trying to listen to us or even greeting us in a more friendly manner, she was just rude. How does she expect us to be calm and relaxed and feel taken care of when she gives us attitude the second she walks out of her office. The maintenance person kept installing our old screen door which does not work and I even was at home and saw him working on the old door and the manager and the staff kept saying that we are lying and that it was a new door when it in fact was not a new door. I was then accused of kicking in and damaging the "new" door. I don't think it is logical to accuse me of damaging a door that I want to use and that works when I have
