Property manager Priscilla and the maintenance guys Robbie and Luis are great people. I had a good experience interacting with them while living here.

Lived in these apartments for 3 1/2 years and honestly couldn't be happier with my experience. Management and maintenance staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Response time for repairs is extremely quick no matter how big or small the job is. Apartments are very well maintained and beautiful. Parking is spacious and easy, no matter where you live in the apartments. Location is very convenient for access to the buses, CSUS, the mall, and much more. Great pricing as well! Would definitely be willing to move back in if circumstances require it.

Apartments are great for the price. Very convenient for using the bus, close to CSUS, and various shopping centers. Luis, maintenance person, is super helpful, they respond to maintenance issues extremely quick. 2 reasons for giving them 3 stars are the following. They do not have central AC, which made it hard for me and my roommate to stand, since we were in the second floor and sun would hit the apt all day long, and the ac box thingy, we had was not enough to cool down the apt. Also, I lived next to neighbors that had a lot of problems and complains from various residents, but they wouldn't kick them out because of the close relationship with the staff.

Luis the maintenance man.. great guy.. helps me all of the time with maintenance problems and fyi on mail or anything regarding my vehicle or strange activity
