Rendezvous Trail Apartments

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier! The maintenance team is outstanding, always quick to respond and take care of any issues. The management team is equally amazing, always friendly and approachable. The community here is nice and quiet, making it a peaceful place to call home. Plus, the fun trails for walking are a fantastic bonus—perfect for staying active and enjoying nature. Highly recommend this place!

The front office is the best! love living here! It’s quiet and near so many places that I don’t want to ever move. There are so many trails, restaurants and Foothills mall is down the road. It takes me 10 minutes to get to work. If the train doesn’t show up. 😂. I believe you will really enjoy your stay here. Come to the Rendezvous Trails Apartments. You won’t regret it.

We have lived in these apartments for several months and recently upgraded to a larger unit. The apartments are well built and quiet. The management staff are the very best. Grounds and upkeep are good. Residents are nice and overall our experience has been enjoyable here. Edit: While the staff are still very good, the company they work for is not very honest. We moved to another larger apartment, and of course needed to change the utilities. I presented documentation that proved I was being charged double for gas, gave them the gas bills paid to xcel, in a very organized fashion. The company, conam property management, did not credit our family back for paying double for gas, for months. I was really surprised they didn't make it right... I swear this place is a hidden gem. The units are beautiful and modern, the location is perfect, and Joanna and Paola in the office are amazing! They genuinely care about the residents and handle things thoughtfully and efficiently. Very happy to have found RTA!

New and very clean. Outside BBQ areas are nice. Little pricey like everywhere in town
