THIS BUILDING IS NOT SAFE. On a daily basis homeless people are breaking into cars in the garage, all of the elevators, and even into our units. A couple weeks back a guy tried to burn the building down and was threatening to stab people (pictured). I put the fires out and the cops showed up 3 hours later. The Windsor management team is terrible and will not effectively invest in security, fixing broken down elevators, or the water systems which as the last reviewer noted constantly flood units. Our unit was broken into earlier this year and has flooded 3 times and the leasing office still will not let us break our lease without significant penalty. The rent may be cheap but as they say you get what you pay for. We’ve lived here for 7 years and in the last 2 this building has gone from gr
Talyn Nelson was such a nice young lady. I've been overwhelmed in my search for apartments lately and she had such a calming energy. It can be hectic looking for apartments but having someone like her to work with makes it easier. She was professional and had answers to all of my questions and that really helps. Rhonda
Everyone i’ve met here has been nice; residents, security, front desk, and maintenance. Best view in DTLA! Grills are clutch and regularly cleaned. Underground parking is convenient. the park and ASU extension result in the entire area being fenced and monitored which is also nice. BUT… management is definitely greedy. From lying that dogs are allowed at the park (partially my fault), to elevators being down once a month, to not having working laundry machines for 2-3 months, to then being charged $2.25-2.75 PER wash & PER dry. don’t even get me started on the app u HAVE to use. also, one time a pipe burst and it flooded multiple floors, their solution was these big noisy fans that no way in hell got all the moisture. expect 1-2 days every couple months of BOTH elevators being down too, N
The building is extremely noisy, and the hallways frequently smell of pet urine. Despite being advertised as a smoke-free property, there is a constant smell of marijuana and similar substances, especially in the elevators and shared hallways, which is very unpleasant. The elevators are out of service for months at a time, often broken for nearly half the year. There are serious plumbing issues—we experienced sewage backups three times within one year, causing significant damage to our personal belongings, and management took no responsibility. Although the property has a stated quiet-hours policy from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m (if I am not mistaken)., Late-night parties and loud laughing from neighboring units and their guests frequently occur at 2:00 a.m. and 3:00 a.m., disturbing our sle
Not the best but not the worst. Just okay. Cons We lived in a studio with "warehouse" style windows which covered 50% of the space. They're pretty big and gave us a great view of downtown. This however lead to a high electricity bill since the windows did not keep the heat or cool in. The water was shut off what felt like every other week due to repairs or maintenance. The elevators were not functioning for half the year (they were "updated/modernized"). There are only two that take you up past the 4th or 5th floor so if one of them is down expect to wait a very long time for the elevator. One thing that we really didn't expect was to lose a portion of our deposit for "cleaning". We left the apartment spotless but they claimed that they hire a service to deep clean the apartment includi
