we had similar situation related to floor, my attorney had to involve and than they fixed it,charged $9000+ just for 15-20 days late closing due to bank. owner/mgr was really rude. very poor customer service.quality of construction is average.. really disappointed . go for other builder.
Poor with the follow-ups. Sub-standard construction. We upgraded the floor... Started showing defects and these guys washed off their hands suggesting it's not their fault.
Office complex is always spotless
