Renaissance Place Apartments

I’ve been living in this apartment complex for a while, and while there are definitely things to like, there are also some persistent issues. On the positive side, the apartments themselves are excellent—new, spacious, and thoughtfully designed. The split air conditioning is a standout feature: quiet, efficient, and effective. The location is also great, with easy access to everything I need. However, there are several downsides. The elevator is not only slow but frequently out of service. The parking policy is frustrating—despite having enough space in the garage, each unit is limited to just one spot with no option to rent a second, which is a major inconvenience for multi-car households. Since the new management took over, this place has been a mess. There is no on-site management, public spaces are neglected, and communication is nonexistent. They expect rent on time every month but fail to do the bare minimum of managing the property or communicating with residents. Completely unprofessional. 🌈🍻🦜

Today was my first visit to this location , I deliver pizzas around town and this address came up . So as I get this individual their order ready and approach the building trhe first thing I see ,is a nice key fob with numbers for guests who don’t have their own magnet key or are just visiting . Which makes it nice personally so you don’t have to walk down to let them in . It’s secure and convenient minimal worries of invasion. Next , a few things to look at is the covered parking ,and multiple equally easy and convenient entry points around the building . Once you get in side the structure the halls are big ,and I mean , tall and wide . Made to make it easy for moving in and out large home items like a fridge or a couch . Current resident review: I love living here! The neighborhood is quiet and safe and the building is clean and secure. My favorite thing about living here the covered parking garage for residents! The building is well maintained and clean. Management is very responsive and handles main fence requests quickly and efficiently. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a great place to live in Bountiful!

UPDATE: I have since moved and I am SO GLAD I don’t live there anymore!!!!!! I had a package delivered there with a medication and have been calling for 3 WEEKS to try and get my package. I have shown up twice in person and also emailed. Management changed right after I moved and THANK GOD I don’t live there anymore. If anyone from management sees this, please call me back so I can get my package. I feel like I’d have more luck getting a corpse to call me back. I have lived here since October and I have LOVED IT! The common spaces are always clean, the neighbors are nice, and management always gets back to me very quickly! Anytime I have a maintenance request, it is handled within the next 48 hours. It’s been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in!
