Renaissance at Lakeshore Apartments

This is the worst apartment complex. I have lived here since December 2024 when they first opened. The very first week my air conditioning unit went out. It took them a week and a half to fix. The trash cans are always too full to throw away your trash. I got fined for sitting my trash bag outside of the trash can. Leaving the trash in the house until the garbage was picked up caused ants and roaches. 9/10/2025 I came home from a long days at work TO A HOT HOUSE. Mind you I’m a UPS DRIVER. It said 80 degrees. I called the hotline to report it and no one came out. Today I called the office at 9:15 am to report it once again and the lady told me that they know. So I asked well are you going to fix it? Here it is 8:00pm and I just made it home to it being 90 degrees. This is crazy. I pay $100

- Sloppy or incomplete repairs
- Persistent cosmetic and structural damage
- Unsafe living conditions
- Unauthorized entry without proper notice
- Apartment left unsecured, causing fear and police intervention * Pest infestation and ant intrusion * Standing rainwater and structural defects * Electrical malfunctions * Excessive noise and illegal animals * Marijuana smoke infiltration * Nighttime security risks and reported break-ins Despite my repeated efforts to bring these issues to management attention—including emails, photographs, and in-person conversations—no permanent or adequate remedial actions have been taken.
