Do not live here BEWARE of Remington ranch !!!! Believe everything you see on the reviews the office staff at Remington are weird ladies… if you have an issue they get so offended it’s like they hate doing their job. Constantly sending emails about people doing things like dogs pooping and people terrorizing the neighborhood which you never see the office staff walking out or you never see them putting notices on peoples door is always new men with not even in uniform they’re just plainly dressed with hats and glasses on earbuds in their ear. You couldn’t even tell that they work here but these are so-called maintenance man. I’m not too sure what happened to James but they made him wear a uniform..and when you tell Remington ranch about these things, they just brush you off the appliance

Don’t move here. Over the weekend my apartment flooded throughout my kitchen because I couldn’t get ahold of maintenance on their emergency line. I had to throw out food, paper towels, trash bags, because I couldn’t get the smell out. There was no help till they opened up, I’ve been here 5 months and it’s been absolute crappy. All appliances are or have been having issues. And there was no compensation given. Leasing team is nice but I don’t pay 1600 a month for this many issues and poor responses. Update 12/27/2025 I still have ongoing leaks not as severe but it is continuous. I constantly hear gun shots, police are here often, I can’t afford to go anywhere else but save yourselves the trouble this place isn’t all that. The appliances aren’t good they are old, the ventilation isn’t great

Love my home, love my neighbors, love the staff! Management is super professional. Maintance has great time management for 300 units. Family friendly--pets included. Christina, Amanda, Victoria ,Lalo and Daniel are all amazing! They have all, as a whole played their part in giving my children and I a home we feel comfortable and safe in! I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! Update--I requested a few accommodations and they met my request in a timely manner. Honestly sooner than I was expecting! I think the staff does amazing with how they handle all requests or complaints. I DO NOT agree with some of these reviews because from what I have witnessed, the staff is super professional, hard working, kind and time efficient when they are treated with respect and spoken to like they are hu

lived here for a year. it was fine until we had our downstairs neighbors complaining for every little step we took. she also told maintenance and we got served twice with a notice to vacate in 10 days.. so that was fun. If you complain that much about neighbors maybe you should get a house!

Im glad I left. I had mold in my unit . They just painted over the mold I Have CPOD and it caused worse the breathing issue for me over the time i was there.. i also cleaned out my apartment when I moved out and scrubbed the bathroom But didn't clean the top of the fridge and inside the cabinet's. So they refuse to give me my deposit.. the weird part is is they hire someone to clean out the apartments before someone moves in ...i asked one of the ladie in the office, that actually did that inspection if its part of what they do when someone moves out is to clean it for the new residents as she couldn't give me a straight answer.. She told me christina would call me back but christina never did.. they let a bunch of teenagers hang out inear the pool with Regular clothes on. So every s
