We have rented a house from Keller Williams Verified Asset Management for 3+ years now. At first the experience was awful. The property manager never emailed us back with concerns we had of the property that needed to be fixed. It took forever for a vendor to come out to fix anything that needed repair. Then Angie and Larry came. Angie is awesome. She always goes the extra mile to help us. She always works with us and responds quickly. Larry is so nice and professional when he comes out to do the inspections. It is nice to finally have someone that cares about the tenants needs.

Outstanding Service and Customer Support! I was in need of securing a furnished home for a short stay (6 months) literally within a day before leaving the area for a month. Contacted the agent late afternoon and saw the property early the next morning. Application; approval and contract process (especially remotely) was easy. The property Manager, (Angie) was a delight to work with...professional, quick to respond and helpful with referrals for any work I needed done. GREAT follow up! If you’re considering leasing don’t bother going to any other company than Verified Asset Management. I will use them again and highly refer them to colleagues, friends and family.
