Bungalows on Cotton Lane

My boyfriend and I recently moved at the end of this month, and It was such a fast and easy process! The place is absolutely beautiful, and all the amenities are a plus. Maintenance is super fast and easy as well. It was amazing because Denice and Kelli were so helpful and welcoming throughout our moving process. We’re super excited to start our new chapter here!!

We moved in mid December and we already feel at home. This place definitely has a homey feel as there are no attached walls in our 2 bedroom, so we feel like we are in a SFR. Very cute and cozy with a great yard. We selected a unit with a larger yard for our dog Cali and she loves it. They have a great dog park for her as well. Although we had a couple hiccups at the beginning of our move, we couldnt ask for a better staff. They are definitely on it and care about making sure that everything is taken care of asap. We have worked with the whole staff, Julia, Kellie and Denise. They are all amazing. The maintenance manager Essie is also just so friendly and always has such an great attitude. He will go out of his way to help you. We are happy to call this place home and definitely recommend!

The experience i’ve had with the Bungalows is amazing! Beautiful brand-new properties, gorgeous amenities, and above all great community and customer service. Their staff is always available to answer all of my questions and made the move-in process effortless. When selecting my first home, this was a no brainer. I’m excited and proud of my decision everyday!
