One of the worst brokers there. Took an elderly lady for 35 thousand dollars used her money to fix up her house. Took complete advantage of her until her daughter came in and saw this agent taking advantage of her to fix up the listed property. Who was in fact an attorney and put a stop to it. Right away thank God. The agent fully used this poor old woman on kimilchie point and was sued, and audited that month. The agent also runs a side construction crew out of remax office fixing up houses to gain profited sales. The quick paint, nails through wires, and drugged out workers really frighten most people when the agent uses this side profit to get his sale. Would not recommend dealing with Robin A. Birkland. Rude and forceful. We were prepared to purchase a home but I can say interacting with her 100% turned us off from any future dealings with Re/Max. Would review her conduct if I was this company. Very disappointed to be treated like that.

Shelton, WA real estate agent made rude & insulting remarks about the kind of people living in, and homes valued less than $250,000. It spoke nothing about the true character & integrity of the "welfare" population he referred to, but volumes about the lack of his own.
