I moved into Brookside apartment in 2020 during peak covid and just recently moved out in June 2025. I don’t have one negative thing to say about this place. For a couple years we dealt with some not so good tenants, lots of trash, and noise but since Julie at fulcrume took over as manager the place completely turned around and FAST. She responds to emails quickly, has her amazing maintenance guy show up and finish work orders. All of my neighbors were great! I have since been moved out for almost a month now, and we all have been feeling quite homesick. Thank you Julie and fulcrume for allowing us to live here and raise our kids for the last 5 years. Great place to live!
Brookiside offers amazing apartments with great views and very family friendly. The price is right for what you get and the amount of room is perfect. W/D in unit and dishwasher is essential. Not to mention the landlady Julie Gall is awesome to work with and helpful with any and all questions. 100% recommend.
Host was great and apartments are very nice and to date
Julie was very professional, fast and organized in working with my company to set up my corporate apartment. Thanks Julie!!!!
