Julie is an amazing property manager who has literally worked with me from the very beginning and has a great attitude about her job! She comes highly recommended in my book!

Before this apartment complex was under Julie’s management, I was always worried and anxious living here. The whole place was dated and falling apart. But since Julie has been here, she has made numerous improvements and made this a great and safe community to live in. She is always so kind and is always available for questions, concerns, and even if you just need someone to talk to. And our fabulous maintenance man Dean is always so quick to fill maintenance request and get your appliances in tip top shape. Thank you Julie for your amazing work!

Outstanding management here. Julie's open door policy makes it easy to quickly address any issues that may come up, or just general questions. And she's always willing to work with tenants to help make their experience here a great one. This, imo, helps maintain a good Team-to-Tenant culture in the building. The maintenance team is also excellent. Overall, my experience here has been great.

I’ve been living in this building for about four years and the management companies before never did anything to fix anything never called you back and sometimes they were just outright rude. Julie is the best in the nicest property management person that I have ever had. She helps you whenever you need help and she works with you in most situations And maintenance actually fixes stuff. I love living here because of Julie, she’s has truly made a livable environment .

Hello my name is Luke Needham. And I am a two year resident here at 101 first Street in Shelton Washington. And now because of our wonderful manager Julie...I just signed for a one bedroom apartment for a year at Lawton apartments. I've been waiting for this for years. And Julie always goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is treated the best ever!!! What an absolute wonderful manager she is!!! And our maintenance man Dean....also awesome!!!
