Mr. Wayne Johnson did not have an accepted contract on a home I had listed. His contract was in the process of negotiation, not accepted, when my seller received a better offer and accepted the better offer. Mr. Johnson submitted an offer that was contingent upon him selling his current home (which is STILL ON THE MARKET FOR SALE!!!) and it had a kick-off provision, as well, which means if my seller received a better offer he would have 48 hours to remove his contingency of having to sell his home in order to buy my seller's home. The offer my seller accepted, again, while Mr. Johnson's offer was still in the negotiation process (that means there was no binding agreement), was a full price cash offer with no contingencies whatsoever. Horrible rental company. I went almost 2 weeks without water. I have holes in my walls from previous renters plus graffiti all over my walls. I waited over a week for my oven to be fixed and still after months have not received stove drip pans. When you file a complaint, nothing is ever done! Don't rent from here.

Wendy at Remax represented the buyers of my house. She refused to communicate, refused to do her job. Told us the appraisal was done and came back fine but almost a month later we find out the appraisal was never ordered. So far closing has been rescheduled for the 5th time and once this date is up we will terminate the contract if it is not closed. If this is how they let their agents operate then I would avoid using ANYONE from this Remax office. They will cause you stress, cost you extra money, and waste your time.

Please do not rent from remax where I am living at now there is mode, electrical issues, leaking from the ceiling due to shingles being blown off the roof & the AC has not been working right it has been ten days now since it was reported the mold and the electrical was reported over a year ago and nothing has been done about it and no need to explain about the shingles and yes the roof is still leaking and the only reason I am still here is BC I don't have a thousand dollars.
