I found Kim Schmidt through a listing on Zillow. While we didn't qualify for that home, Kim spent countless hours working with my partner and I for us to find the perfect home for our family. She started out by helping us set up a renter's portfolio and giving us access to Remax's search portal. She then sent us listing after listing of properties that checked all of our boxes. I tried to contact them for a rental property (house) located in Hoffman Estates for over a week with absolutely zero response from them. I left Kim Schmdit on the Zillow ad multiple messages and also John answered the phone at the office and assured me that someone would call me back. I didn't hear a peep from anyone. If I can't even rent a property through this agency due to a lack of response, how in the world would someone be able to trust to "buy" something from them later down the line. They are definitely not in the customer service business.
