I reached out to an agent a few weeks ago who worked with my family a few years ago because I thought it would be a great fit. She is super nice and bubbly, but she dropped us today with no warning. We had 5 showings for this evening, and we were really looking forward to it. We even mentioned putting in a potential offer today! But was told that-that would be waste of everyone’s time since she wanted us to get further clarification from her loan guy. I should mention we had a pre-approval with USAA already. I understand she had our best interest at heart, but to just resign as our agent all because of a couple of misconstrued texts is very disappointing. We should have hashed it out in person, not over texts. And we should have sorted the pre approval loan matter before seeing any showing
