There are so many things I can say about this place. To keep it short and sweet its absolutely amazing! The landlord Lea is wonderful and she took me on a tour around the building. The neighborhood is so clean and super quiet. There is plenty of parking on the block and once the tenant moves in they actually get their own assigned parking spot. Much work was put into this property to update everything and I was beyond impressed. The modern look and style is top tier!! I have a family member who lives in the building. While visiting him yesterday I had the opportunity to view the place further and it didn't disappoint. If anyone is looking for a spacious apartment that's really clean, fair on rent, updated, safe and very secure, contact Aqua Vista Manor. They definitely get five stars from

I did the Snow Removal for their complex During the 2025-26 Season. They are great people every time I was there I could tell the complex was well kept and in order Leanore made sure I was a trustworthy contractor before having me work on the property. I would highly recommend.

I am a past tenant and I still can't believe this place is still owned by the same original family. It is very hard to find apartment buildings that are not ran by management companies or owned by big businesses. It is very rare and it shows that this family is so very dedicated and proud of their family's history! Every little detail and all of the amazing work they have put into this property and the building is a true inspiration, as they have restored it meticulously! I have recently had the opportunity to visit the family and see the excellent care they take of this great place! I can't believe the phenomenal job they have done to update each apartment. Aqua Vista Manor is a beautiful property with a lovely private back yard with fruit trees and a great garden! I love the view of Park Lake, directly from the backyard and the entire place is so nicely updated and clean! I love Park Ridge and would choose to live at this wonderful apartment building! I was a tenant at the Aqua Vista Manor around 15 years ago. From what I see what they did to the place from the time I lived there and now. I want to say that they did a remarkable job in renovating the place. Now it looks more up to date inside and outside. Also the landlords are very friendly, they go above and beyond what a normal landlord would do. I mean they treat you like you are not only a tenant but a family member. I only wish that I never moved out years ago, so that I could enjoy the family I had over there. I would definitely recommend this place to live.
