We relocated from Indiana to Green Valley with Andy's professional help. He was highly recommended by our local agent and we did everything via phone, internet and zoom. Andy showed us interested properties, connected with all the inspections, worked with these inspectors if we had any questions or concerns. We made offers on a couple but thru zoom and inspections found they required too much renovation. The one we finally found was in a neighborhood we were familiar with and had previously visited. So, thru Zoom, we made an offer, and Andy secured an excellent deal. I can't count the number of emails and phone calls that went back and forth but Andy was wonderful, patient and professional. He coordinated all with the mortgage company and local inspections. Thru Zoom we decided we need not
