Mayra and her team are wonderful and consistently go above and beyond. Whenever there is an issue, Mayra is welcoming, approachable, and ensures it is resolved quickly and efficiently. Her leasing agent, Zulma, is also very friendly and always willing to help. The maintenance team responds promptly and does an excellent job keeping everything clean and well maintained.

I've lived here for over a year and I'm very satisfied with my choice. The apartment has a great layout, plenty of natural light. The location is excellent, offering quick access to grocery stores and public transportation. When we had any problem the maintenance team fixed them promptly and thoroughly. The management staff is professional and responsive, making my experience positive. I highly recommend this building to anyone looking for a chic and practical place to live. Thank you !

I really enjoyed my tour yesterday! Everyone I met was so Welcoming and enthusiastic. The maintenance guys were very friendly and Welcoming, it made me feel like I was already a resident! Zulma, the lady at the front took her time and explained everything to me and answered all my questions. The community was clean and looked beautiful. They all made a great impression. Thanks for the tour and for everyone being so genuine!!

I feel very happy to live here. I moved here from New Jersey a year ago. The staff has been very Helpful all the time. Zulma, helped me with my application from far away and was very patient . Alberto and Arturo the maintenance team work very hard and complete my work orders in a timely matter. I feel so grateful for everything they all do. Like they say "there is no place like home!" I feel I'm home! I have no words to explain everything I feel! I have so many good things to say, but I don't think there is enough space to write everything. Everything is close by. My doctors, groceries, Walmart, Wells Fargo, Chase bank, the White Elephant, everything! I really recommend this as a good place to live.

Visited the apartment complex today, Staff were very Professional and understanding. Zulma was very informative and kind. The units looked well maintained. Property was very nice and clean. They have a beautiful pool area very clean. Also, ran into two maintenance Gentlemen extremely knowledgeable and very respectful. Can't wait to be a new resident here. Best of all Location, Location, Location. Thank you La Primera Apartments for making me feel right at home. 👍
