Sandstone Ridge

I love this apartment complex. The staff is very nice and responsive to your needs. The apartments are beautiful and everything is kept up well inside and outside. My only issue is that with the amount of money you pay to stay there, you are not assigned one parking spot. If you want one, you have to pay extra for that. It sucks because many times I get home late and have to park on other side of the building to find a spot. Wish they gave you one spot like most complexes do.

I've been here about three months now and I've honestly loved living here. The staff is very friendly, the grounds are well-kept, and the units themselves feel very spacious and homey. Any complaints I've had have been addressed immediately, and all maintenance requests are completed by the next day (and there's communication if a request may take longer). Overall, this has been one of my favorite places to live. There is usually a waiting list, which can take a couple months, but it's worth the wait, so I recommend getting on the list sooner rather than later. Special shout-out to Anna for helping me get a great unit!

I never leave reviews, but while on my search for a new apartment in a completely different state, the reviews I am coming across gave me a greater appreciation for sandstone ridge and my time there. So I knew I HAD to leave them a review for the next person in my position, searching for a place to call home, and utilizing reviews to factor into their decision. I lived in sandstone ridge a little over a year. I have ZERO complaints. Top of the line customer service my ENTIRE time. Great perks (W/D in units, pool, grills, workout room, mail services - lock boxes). Spacious apartments. Quiet, gated community. Good pricing. Excellent location. Do not hesitate to rent here. Thank you so much Anna, the maintenance crew, and all other sandstone ridge employees for such a great experience.

I loved living here so much! It was a great place for my kids and I’ve never recommended an apartment community more. The staff were very kind to me always and helpful in a timely manner. Specifically Anna, Julie and Joe were so professional and sweet. It is somewhere I would return to. If you are looking for an apartment in the green valley Sahuarita area this one is the best.

Quarterpenny Management does not care about resident safety or security. There has been a longtime problem of strangers breaking into cars and stealing personal property. No new security measures were implemented then. Now the theft has escalated to 3 stolen vehicles in a week. Quarterpenny’s response to a request for security cameras was “to make sure all belongings and call are secure” and to “call 911 if you see anything suspicious “. This is unacceptable. Do not move here until Quarterpenny owns up to their responsibility of creating a safe place to live for residents.
