I am so impressed with Regina Melman. Best realtor ever. I called her just to ask some questions and she came to my house in 2 hours and gave me the total run down on my house and what to expect. Example: she said she would put a lock box on my door and I told her I was uncomfortable with that so she said, then Linda that won’t happen. She always asked me what would work for me first before she continued. It took a week to put the house on my market so on Friday at 9 in the morning it went on line. It sold that day at 4:30.
