We had a really good experience working with Janine. She helped us narrow down what we wanted, and helped us settle on our new condo. But her help didn't stop when we signed a contract. She's worked harder than any realtor we've ever used. She gathered documents from the condo association, which was enough of a chore. She contacted the sellers/sellers agent for issues that came up with the inspection. And to top it all off, even after we closed, she arranged for the seller to get our missing mailbox keys to us.
