Wally is the worst person on earth. He rented my family a home and after we paid our deposit and signed the lease we go to the house only to find out that the house hadn't had running water since September. We expressed our concern and everyone we talked to acted like it wasn't a problem or didnt care. I would never do business with this place

Very professional office worked with a broker himself Wally Kliet he was very professional very patient with us and got us to home that we've been dreaming of at a price that was highly recommended

If I can rate it for zero, then I would. I have never dealt with a realtor that is non responsive like Wally. I was going to sell my plaza through them after leasing one of the vacant units, which I had listed through them for months and didn't get even one showing. After the service I got, there is no way I would deal with them ever again. I call, no answer, leave a message, text and it takes two to three days until I get Wally to respond. It wasn't one time, it was the same bad service the entire couple months, I was patient enough.

I don’t recommend dean. I hate having to do this but others should be aware of my experience to help them decide. He was great in the beginning then after I bought a house he won’t return any of my calls or texts. The house I bought stated it didn’t leak and low and behold the roof leaks. He said he would take care of it and I’ve been in my hone two months with no calls or texts and a leaky roof!
