For starters I lived here for 3 and 1/2 years I'm not here to talk bad about the property the property itself was great My apartment was great I had a two bedroom apartment it's just minor things that messed up for instance the dishwasher have minor issues but they took a minute to fix but it got done Don't expect no updates to any of their units if you need certain things in your apartment fixed like new carpet or a reglaze on a tub like how they deal with us they will not do it which is outrageous to me they told me over the phone that they do not cover that. The apartments in Southgate/Taylor are not great. When it comes to overall vibe and feeling this apartment stood out positively. Love the windows and while not updated in anyway shape or form, it didn’t leave a yucky feeling. Price per month isn’t bad. Communication is where this complex lacks. I was told at move in that they prefer check payments for rent. The lease and everything else was to my understanding paper only? Because of this, different answers each time I called, and automated emails which tells u, u owe when u don’t?? I felt either nervous that I wasn’t paying what I was supposed to or feeling like I’ve paid too much. My heater in winter went out several times, and I felt that they were upset with me because of it?? AC in the few summer months/spring months I was there went

This site is a very nice place to call your home I've been living here for over 15 years and never had a problem. The entire office staff and maintenance is great. I would recommend Fountain Park South in Southgate to anyone 😊

Better not get on their bad side which is impossible NOT to have happen , the woman in the front office want nothing to do with the residents here they locked the door and treat you like you're below them.. and then if you have anything to say about it they'll just have you evicted. It took almost three months to get a handicap sign put up , I'm not exaggerating at all 2 and half or 3 months. I literally asked them about the sign on 3 different times , on the third time one of the woman scoffed in my face and said " it will get done when it gets done " as if the person that can barely walk or get out of bed should just suck it up or something. .

That one lady who answers the phone is so bitter. I believe her name is Kristy. She gets mad over me being upset over how bad these apartments are. Save your money, find something better and not something that needs fixing ever week.
