First I would like to believe a professional real estate company would answer the phone with the name of their company or at least a professional greeting. However, I Just called and the man answered the phone as if he were at home and I had to ask if I were calling the correct place. I called since the ups store told me to call for a notary. I asked a simple question as to how much was the charge for one document?? Any other company can tell you this however the gentleman that answered the phone stated that he couldn't without knowing what he needed to notarize. When I proceeded to ask him if these prices matter based on the document, he said "thank you ma'am" and hung up. Very unprofessional company from those few seconds and would never look to them for any kind of business.

This Father and Son team got my name from the courts after my mother died. They started sending me post cards offering to buy my mother's house. After getting several of these cards I called them to see if they actually had anything of value for me. It quickly became apparent that they are hoping clueless family members will sell them houses under market value they can flip them. They basically had nothing of value to offer me. Four years after my mother died I am still getting postcards from them in California after 3 moves and two phone calls asking them stop sending me their post cards. They seem to be of average intelligence at best. They are wasting money and resources sending me their postcards. They don't keep their word or honor requests. Thumbs down.

James is a wonderful gentleman who is very knowledgable in the Real Estate field. He worked very hard to sell our co-op and always made time to answer all our questions. We had numerous open houses and James was at every one of them personally. I highly recommend James to be your next realtor.
