I had a wonderful experience living in the White Plains apartments. The hallways and lobby areas were recently renovated and always well maintained. The super, Mario, was very helpful, and Donna in the office was always quick to respond to any concerns that arose. I would definitely recommend this complex in the future.

The worse…been calling non-stop over a month for a refund. Constant voicemail and wrong information when I get hold of someone. Told me check was mailed weeks ago but nothing…called back and someone else tells me they don’t handle refunds for management fees. I understand if office is busy and can’t get to phones…but not being clear with someone else’s money as a management company is red flag for me.

Currently a tenant, they currently have no live in super in the building, gave me an apartment, despite the price that was in subpar conditions, want all repair requests to be mailed as well as rent checks, and are never available at least monthly in the building. The building next door has sewage issues and are draining it onto the street in turn flows in front of our building creating a stench. This has been over two weeks and no end in sight. Currently have repairs pending since i moved in on October that haven't been completed. If you're looking at a company to take care of your business as well as your tenants, don't look at these guys.

It is a great experience being on the apartment, and the management is with good quality and always in prompt response to resolve any issue. A sincere thank you to Donna and Willy. They are very professional. Highly recommended the Douglaston Realty Management Corp.

As a real estate professional, I can honestly say that this company is one of the worst managing agents I have ever come across. It's impossible to get ahold of anyone and even when you do they blow you off completely. They illegally deregulate apartments and then raise the rent incredulous amounts to force tenants out. Stay away from this managing agent at all costs. They are scum!!!!
